A Rather Splendid Turn of Events

A Gentleperson may begin with a familiar sweep, but need not remain there. The Gilded Turbine sets sixteen short delay voices turning in parallel, each with its own stereo feedback loop. Blend them with the dry sound for classic flanging, or assemble a more elaborate procession of shifting colour and movement.

Invite one, two, four, eight or all sixteen taps into proceedings. Delay Spread and Rate Spread give the company room to breathe, while each tap may follow the global rate or pursue its own independent rate. Level, polarity, pan and auto-pan place every voice precisely where the Sonic Flâneur wishes it to be.

For further embellishment, Preamp supplies harmonic drive and a little tightening of the bass. Colour turns left for bass harmonic body and right for treble sparkle, while Sag softens the wet onset and allows its body to bloom. All three attend to the wet sound, leaving the dry branch untouched before the final blend.
